Pelvic Floor & Continence Physiotherapists have specialist training in assessing and treating common issues related to pelvic floor health. Although these issues are often considered private and sometimes distressing, it is important to seek help. A pelvic health appointment is important for any women experiencing:

Advice on safe exercise through pregnancy and after giving birth

Milk bleb/white spot

Obstetric TENS Hire
FreeMom TENS units available for hire from 36 weeks onwards until 1-2 weeks after childbirth
20-minute education session will teach you how to use the device, when and where to place the electrodes, safety advice and answer any other questions you may have.
If you are planning on having a support person with you at the birth it would be beneficial for them to come along to this session too.
