How my journey began
Hi! I’m Megan.
I’m a women’s health Physiotherapist and the owner of Kindred Physio. I was born and bred in Ballarat, Wadawurrung Country, and live here with my husband and three gorgeous girls.
I completed my Post Graduate studies in Continence and Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation with my baby on my hip and then our second daughter joined our family in 2018. Jump ahead 3 years and our youngest sweet girl was born into my arms in the warmth of our home. We now live a slow but full life here with our family and friends. It’s here that I began Kindred Physiotherapy.

Kindred Physio was born out of my desire to create a unique experience in healthcare.
A service that can provide friendly, safe, evidence-based care and importantly educate the community and build awareness around common women’s health issues. I want to lighten the load, remove the fear and empower women to take control of their health. I am passionate about passing on my knowledge, building a conscious community and breaking the silence attached to women’s health. Kindred Physiotherapy extends beyond the walls of the clinic - I am reaching further and pushing the boundaries of conventional health care.

“The difference between a broken community and a thriving one is the presence of women who are valued.”
